please be on time for your appointments. If you arrive later than 15mins your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
For returning Clients that choose the Magpie Gel Manicure option, please note that if leave it more than 3 weeks before rebooking for your next appointment, you will be charged £5 extra for detailed prep work and extra time.
We require payment in full on the day you book your appointment, your appointment is not secure until it is paid in full. If the booking fee is not received when rebooking, and another client pays for the slot before you, I will contact you to let you know and you will need to make a payment before rescheduling.
As COVID is doing it’s rounds again I ask you please do not come to your appointment if you have really bad cold or flu like symptoms. (Your appointment will be moved to a next available date.)
